FAQs

Where do you provide your services?

Our key delivery areas include London & Kent regions such as Bexley, Erith, Bromley, Greenhithe, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Maidstone, Dartford, Blackheath and Greenwich.

Can I set up the bouncy castle?

Our bouncy castles should only be set up and anchored by trained members of our team. We deliver, anchor, install and inflate all bouncy castles as standard.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare for the bouncy castle?

Please ensure that the location you intend to set up our bouncy castle on is clean and clear, with no sharp objects, animal waste or other mess. The area must also be flat - we cannot set up our bouncy castles on slopes - and must have adequate access, such as a garden gate, so we can deliver the inflatable to its intended location.

Do you provide bouncy castles for indoor and outdoor use?

Yes, we are happy to supply bouncy castles indoors or outdoors. We even have micro bouncy castles that can fit into smaller venues thanks to a reduced size.

Can adults use the bouncy castle?

To avoid damage to our units, adults and teenagers are only permitted to use our adult bouncy castles.

Are there any rules for using the bouncy castle?

Please avoid damage to our bouncy castles or to the people using them by following these instructions:

  • Keep open flames away from the inflatable. This includes cigarettes and barbecues.
  • Do not allow children and adults to bounce together, and do not allow children of different sizes to bounce together - i.e. do not allow big kids to bounce at the same time as smaller children.
  • Remove your shoes before entering the inflatable.
  • Do not climb on the walls or roof of the inflatable.
  • Remove any sharp objects before entering the bouncy castle. This includes keys, glasses, watches and belts.
  • Remove any necklaces, scarves or dangling objects before entering the bouncy castle.
  • Do not use silly string near the bouncy castle.
  • No food, drinks, face paints, mud or other messy items or objects allowed on the bouncy castle.
  • Animals must not be allowed on to the bouncy castle.

What happens in poor weather?

Our bouncy castles can usually still be safely used in the rain, although we can help you find a hall or venue in the local area if you'd like to stay dry at your event. Bouncy castles and inflatables cannot be used outdoors in gusty or windy weather, and in such instances we will help you rearrange your event indoors or reschedule it.

If the weather becomes dangerous during the course of your hire, please get everyone off the bouncy castle and turn off the blower.

You may need to put our blowers under a table or in another outdoor sheltered location in rainy conditions.

What about cancellations?

If you need to cancel or rearrange your booking, please contact us at the earliest possible opportunity. Last minute cancellations may be impossible.

Can I hire a bouncy castle overnight or for multiple days?

Yes, overnight and multi-day bookings are available. Visit our individual products for specific overnight and multi-day prices.

Are your bouncy castles safety-checked?

We have our bouncy castles and inflatables tested at least once a year by a PIPA inspector, as recommended by the UK Health and Safety Executive. All bouncy castles are manufactured to BS EN 14960. Risk assessments and other documentation is available on request.

Do you have insurance?

We have public liability insurance of at least £5 million. Please let us know if you'd like to see a certificate of insurance.
