1. Parties

• Owner: Boutique Party Hire, the provider of the candy floss vending machine.

2. Scope of Agreement

• Boutique Party Hire agrees to provide a candy floss vending machine to the hirer for use at their specified venue.

4. Training and Operation

• Boutique Party Hire will provide initial training to the hirer’s staff on the operation of the candy floss vending machine, including how to properly add sugar, water, and candy floss sticks.
• Additional training will be provided for handling increased demand during busier weeks, ensuring the hirer's staff are competent in managing the machine's operation independently when needed.

5. Maintenance and Upkeep

• The hirer’s staff will be responsible for the regular cleaning and topping up of sugars and water for the candy floss machine.
• The hirer will bill Boutique Party Hire monthly for their share of the costs incurred in maintaining the necessary supplies, with expenses split 50/50 after verification.

6. Profit Sharing

• Net profits generated from the vending machine will be split 50/50 between Boutique Party Hire and the hirer, after deducting the costs for sugar and sticks.
• Boutique Party Hire will provide the hirer with a monthly statement detailing the income generated and the breakdown of costs.
• Profits will be distributed at the end of each month.

7. Maintenance and Repairs

• Boutique Party Hire will be responsible for ongoing maintenance and will be available on call for any machine breakdowns or repairs needed.
• All maintenance and repair services will be provided at no additional cost to the hirer.

8. Duration of Agreement
